The recruitment industry has certainly become more consultative in its approach, meeting individual requirements and ensuring values expected are being met.  The industry, even in service sector terms, is still very young and expects many changes over the coming years, to adapt to an ever changing market place, looking at ethical methods and a high quality of service.
