
Many Employers realise that staff who work long hours are not necessarily any more productive and recent surveys have shown that Employers who accept that staff need a life outside of work are more likely to attract and retain skilled people.
However, in practise, this does not seem to be happening and many people are working increasingly excessive hours to the detriment of their family and health.
We are currently looking into further studies on this area to provide our Clients with more information on how to handle this important part of work structure.
